More than documents. A complete structured immigration appeal submission system.
We have spent more than a decade preparing immigration appeals in Malaysia. MyAlexi is the system we wished existed when we started.
Why we built MyAlexi
When someone is blacklisted from Malaysia or overstays their visa, the first thing they do is search for what to do next. Most find nothing useful. The Immigration Department of Malaysia does not publish an official template, format guide, or step by step process for submitting an appeal. There is no standard form. No checklist. No sample letter. People are left guessing.
They write appeals that miss key details. They submit documents in the wrong order, without a proper index, without a cover letter, sometimes without a clear explanation of what happened and why.
Over more than 10 years of handling these cases, we kept seeing the same problem. Appeals were returned or ignored, not because the person had a weak case, but because the submission was incomplete, disorganised, or did not follow the structure that immigration officers expect to see. There was no guide available anywhere, so we built one ourselves.
What we actually do
MyAlexi is a document preparation service. You tell us about your case. We prepare a complete, structured appeal package.
Every pack includes your submission cover letter, appeal letter, statutory declaration, explanation statement, case chronology, document index, and a simple step by step submission guide. Each file is numbered in the exact order you submit it.
MyAlexi itself does not submit appeals on your behalf or represent you before the Immigration Department. Our document templates are reviewed and approved by a panel law firm of Malaysian immigration lawyers. What we do is prepare your documents so your case is presented clearly, completely, and in the format that immigration authorities expect.
The decision on every appeal rests entirely with the Immigration Department. It is discretionary. No one can guarantee an outcome, and we do not claim to. What we can do is make sure your submission is not rejected for avoidable reasons, such as missing documents, unclear explanations, or poor formatting.
Who we help
Most of the cases we handle involve foreign nationals who have been blacklisted after an overstay. The majority are from Southeast Asian countries, though we regularly prepare appeals for nationals from Singapore, China, Taiwan, the Philippines, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia.
The situations vary. Some people overstayed because of a medical emergency. Some had employer or work pass problems they did not fully understand. Some simply lost track of dates. Regardless of the reason, the appeal process is the same. You need a complete, well structured submission addressed to the right authority, with the right documents, in the right format.
How it works
You answer a set of questions about your case. From those details, we generate a complete 8 document appeal pack tailored to your situation. The package is emailed to you immediately after payment. You print it, sign where indicated, and submit it to the Immigration Department headquarters in Putrajaya or the relevant state immigration office. The package includes a step by step submission guide with the address and contact details.
How to verify this service
MyAlexi is operated by a registered Malaysian entity with a verifiable business registration number.
